GOIRTY PROJECTS
NON-FCRA: INVITATION OF PROPOSALS FOR IMPLEMENTING VARIOUS SCHEMES.
The office of the Development Commissioner for Handicrafts, Ministry of
Textiles invites proposals for financial assistance from the eligible
organizations for implementing following progammes:
1. Marketing [Gandhi Shilp Bazaars, Craft Bazaars, Exhibitions,]
2. Design [Design Workshops, Integrated Design Projects]
3. HRD [Technical Training Programmes, Guru Shishya Parampara]
4. Cluster [AHVY projects]
5. Infrastructure projects Viz. emporiums, museums, design banks, CFCs, raw material banks, testing laboratories, Craft based Resource Centre, Facility Centre for Exporters/Entrepreneurs, Urban Haat, Mini Urban Haat, Emporia, Marketing and sourcing Hubs in Urban areas, Design and crafts Schools, Handicrafts Museum, Design Bank, Craft based resource centre, Common Facility Center, Raw Material Depot, Technology Upgradation Assistance to exporters/entrepreneurs, Testing laboratories, Crafts Village, Integrated handicraft park
6. Research & Development
7. Proposal for participation in foreign fairs by eligible artisans/SHGs.
The proposals should be submitted as per parameters of schemes approved for 12th Plan. Proposals for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe handicrafts artisans in respect of Design Programmes , Human Resource Development Programmes, Ambedkar Hastshilp Vikas Yojana (AHVY) Scheme and Research and Development Programmes may be submitted as per target specified. The details of eligibility criteria and terms & conditions/ guidelines for submission of the proposals and the format for grading of NGOs can be as per norms.

The eligible organizations may submit their proposals along with self
grading in the prescribed Proforma & other required documents to the
concerned Marketing & Service Extension Centre’s, and Service
Centre of Office of the Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), Ministry
of Textiles on or before 30.04.2014 in the prescribed Performa. In case
organization applies for more than one program then grading Proforma
may be given only once. One hard copy & one soft copy in the CD of
entire proposal along with grading Proforma must be submitted to the
concerned Assistant Director. There is no time limit for proposals under
capital project & Research & Development as these are need
based.
